These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from a contract.
We do not store any credit card details should you have paid with PAYPAL. Should you experience any difficulties you need to contact the card processing company directly.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original sealed condition. Refunds will be for the cost of the item only, postage costs are not refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference for any item under the value of £34. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money. For items above £34 you are responsible for selecting a suitable postage method to ensure adequate insurance should the item be lost or damaged. We can not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged where you have failed to take adequate insurance.
Returning goods bought as special offers:
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example buy 2 save 10%) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
Distance Selling regulations:
Returns will always be accepted provided they comply to the following conditions:1) Returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of purchase 2) Proof of postage must be obtained for all goods 3) Goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition (unless goods damaged or not as described, in which case they will be refunded in full)4) to return an item you must provide me notice in writing stating your intention, timeframe and method of carriage. 5) Once goods are returned to us and received, in original condition we will provide a refund.
Refunding the Delivery Charge:
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Law of England and Wales are regulated by the Law Society of England and Wales.
